Cancellation Policy
This exclusive 30-minute consultation is designed to help you craft a tailor-made experience in Bergen, the Vestland region, or nearby areas. To ensure quality and flexibility, we offer the following terms: Cancellation: You may cancel up to 12 hours before your scheduled consultation for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 12 hours in advance are non-refundable. Future Tour Credit: Should you choose to book a custom tour with us following your consultation, 50% of the consultation fee will be refunded after your tour takes place. Pricing Information: Tour prices vary depending on the length, group size, transportation, entrance tickets, restaurant bookings, and other elements. An estimated price will be provided once we've discussed your wishes. Final pricing will reflect the overall experience and level of customization. To help us create something truly special, we encourage you to share your budget during the consultation. Important Notes: Footwear & Clothing: Walking tours require good walking shoes. Norwegian weather is famously changeable—please dress in layers, including a t-shirt, sweater, and windbreaker or rain jacket. Both an umbrella and sunglasses never hurt! Transportation: We do not book flights or arrange tours in other countries. However, we can assist with train, bus, and boat tickets within Norway, primarily in the Vestland region.
